Cont: Brilliant Light Power Going To Market - Free Energy Generator Part 3

I think Nobel laureate, Phillip Anderson's quote is worth posting again here, for the hard of thinking:

If you could **** around with the hydrogen atom, you could **** around with the energy process in the sun. You could **** around with life itself. Everything we know about everything would be a bunch of nonsense. That's why I'm so sure that it's a fraud."

Let's be honest; are we going to take the word of an unqualified con artist, or that of somebody who actually understands science? I know where my money isn't.

Yes.

Per markie's interpretation of Mills, hardly ever.

"Orbitspheres" refer to a 2D surface in the shape of a sphere (in Euclidean space), centered on an atomic nucleus. AFAIK, the only positron orbitspheres would be those in anti-atoms, e.g. anti-hydrogen (anti-proton nucleus, positron).

Electrons (and positrons) are truly magical, as detailed in ToMM (Tome of Mills' Magic). In the wild, they are infinitely thin, flat disks, with ~zero (2D) mass- and charge-density except at their centers. When an electron spots a wild positive charge - a proton say, or an alpha particle - it shrieks in delight and begins an amazing, magical transformation ... the disk grows and begins to curve as it approaches the proton (say); at one point in time it's like a wok without handles; the outer edge ripples and snakes, fingers grow and coalesce, until - with the proton magically in dead center - the soapbubble-like sheet snaps shut, to form a perfect, indivisible sphere. How the 2D mass- and charge-density changes during this transformation is a deeply held secret, the very essence of the magic otherwise on display in ToMM.

But wait! There's more! :jaw-dropp

Take a wild electron cozying up to a wild proton: sometimes the orbitsphere which forms is enormous (on an atomic scale) - check out Rydberg atomsWP. In these the outer orbitsphere hangs around, chatting with its very distant inner neighbors for a long time (on an atomic timescale). Then, with a whoop and a whoosh it disappears! :eye-poppi Only to materialize, magically, as a much smaller orbitsphere much closer to the proton. And perhaps the most magical part is this (I'm not 100% certain of it though): if you time it, the orbitsphere, in this transition, moves at a speed far exceeding that of light!

Now Mills has apparently been very quiet about this, but I suspect the real reason why he has yet to produce a hydrino-powered heater (or engine for a Hilux ute) is that he's spending most of his time working on how to harness this magical, FTL nature of orbitspheres so he can build FLT spaceships! ;)

I'll be kind and say you're just having fun and making stuff up, maybe after having a drink or two. Perhaps in time you'll actually read Mills' GUTCP and find out what it really says.

.

I'll be kind, and say that anybody who has fallen for that garbage is in deep doo-doo. Yes? Seems to have nothing to do with science, and has never been peer reviewed. How is it different from 'magic fairies did it'? It isn't. Pure woo.

“Bootlegged?” Did the idiot actually use that word or are you paraphrasing?

Did he ACTUALLY compare industrial reverse engineering to bootlegging?

Christ almighty he’s an ignorant moron. Apple and Samsung have spent YEARS in legal patent battles. The entire non-IBM portion of the PC industry was built upon Compaq reverse engineering the IBM PC and creating compatible components.

One of Trump’s major justifications for the trade war he’s started with China is the flagrant abuse of patents that goes on there.

I’m sorry, but you’ve exposed Mills as being even more ignorant, more uneducated, and less informed overall than even _I_ had thought him. This isn’t just foolish. It’s soul-crushingly stupid. It’s corporate negligence on an epic scale. It’s the sort of thing that gets investors to walk into the office and start shooting people because their retirement fund just evaporated.

BLP is DOOMED. I don’t think they’ll ever produce a product, but if they do competitors will reverse engineer their hardware and eat their lunch. Mills will be sitting there dumbfounded because he was too *********** stupid to anticipate industrial espionage over hardware that would render a multi trillion dollar energy industry obsolete overnight.

If a SunCell is reverse engineered in China, what do you propose to stop it, oh wise one?

Pointless reverse engineering something that anybody with an IQ above ~ 80 knows is bollocks. Eh? Can't see the Chinese being interested. If they were, they'd have probably nicked it by now.

Confession time: I’m relying on you, markie, to correct any misunderstandings. Of course, I’d much rather read about ToMM in the form of a paper, even a preprint on arXiv, but we all know that won’t happen in my lifetime. Readers can decide for themselves whose description to accept ...

It is true, though, that I did try my hand at a bit of sci-fi; I even considered writing “with a deafening roar and whosh of spray”, but figured I’d be sprung very quickly for plagiarism :D

Ah the same old dance. Markie no matter how much you try to support Mills he'll always let you down.

That is because you are being conned but simply cannot accept it.

The next few years are going to be very painful for you.....unfortunately.

Later on in the BLP video you linked to, someone in the audience asked the question about the possibility of a SunCell being reverse engineered and manufactured by a competitor. Mills answered that while many products have been bootlegged, he has not heard of a power generator being bootlegged.

Bootleggers do not as a rule bootleg imaginary devices.

Wow.

Seriously?

That’s your defense for Mills being too god damn stupid to put up ANY legal defense to protect his intellectual property?

Take a look at what EVERY OTHER MANUFACTURER ON THE PLANET DOES. A search for recent incidents of industrial reverse engineering and industrial espionage would give you plenty of examples of the kind of thing Mills is too stupid to protect himself from. Such a search would also turn up examples of what companies can do to address those situations. I’m not going to bother doing that research for you.

There are only two possible interpretations of the stance Mills has taken on this.

1. He’s a blithering idiot who will find his technology stolen and patented by other people if he ever builds anything that works.

2. He’s a con man taking a deliberately stupid and self-destructive attitude towards protecting his company’s intellectual property to weed out potential investors who aren’t knuckle-dragging idiots

You’ve yet again provided ANOTHER proof that Mills is either an idiot or a con man.

Nah. People who fall this hard for cons generally accept any rationalization that comes along. Markie will be making up excuses for Mills until he’s rotting in his grave.

I still don't understand why you think Mills doesn't doesn't "put up ANY legal defense to protect his intellectual property" when guys like Phil Johnson are on his advisory board and information like this are in his business report:

Patents and Proprietary Technology Advantage
• Main priority is to file and obtain patents relating to the BlackLight Process, systems, and applications of the process.
• 68 issued patents provide coverage in many major energy markets (4 in the U.S.), and greater than 100 pending applications have been filed with important applications in U.S.
• World-wide applications related to the solid fuels process and thermal power plants were filed on April 24, 2008 and July 30, 2009.
• Worldwide applications on the breakthrough energetic plasma producing SunCells® entitled “Power Generation Systems and Methods Regarding Same”, filed Jan 2014
• “Photovoltaic Power Generation Systems and Methods Regarding the Same”; application April 2014
• “Electrical Power Generation Systems and Methods Regarding Same”, application May 2015

The thing is, the suncell system is a truly stupid way of extracting energy. So it being protected is worth nothing at all.
And one cannot patent a fundamental property of nature. So IF hydrino generation were real, the only thing he could patent is a way to extract energy from it in a specific manner.
In the same way one cannot patent the burning of hydrogen with oxygen, only a specific engine type.

<snip>

In Mills' theory, spin is explained. In QM, spin in 'intrinsic', in other words, just a given with no physical mechanism.
I've been curious for some time, but have never gotten around to asking you: markie, what sources other than Mills' ToMM have you used to learn QM/QFT? I'm particularly interested in any university-level things, like textbooks, or better yet, primary sources such as review papers.

After all it is impossible for a point of 0D to actually spin.
Are you sure of that? If you're stuck with a view of possibilities that is limited to flat, Euclidean geometry, I guess maybe; however, if you care to study QFT, you'll find that "a point of 0D" and "spin" (in the sense that you have used those terms) are rather different than what you appear to imagine them to be.

No textbooks or review papers. I did not study this in university. Only online learning, and only some from Mills' GUTCP.

If you're implying a spinning in an abstract mathematical space, good luck with that. As far as I've learned, the term 'spin' in QM is a misnomer from an earlier day; the electron only seems to be exhibiting properties of a charge and mass spinning. Instead in QM we have real (quantized) angular momentum without anything actually spinning and a real (quantized) magnetic dipole without any charge rotating.

During examination of the ′294 application, the examiner initially rejected the claims on various grounds including operability under 35 U.S.C. § 101 and enablement and definiteness under § 112.   After further prosecution including discussions of experimental results and the submission of samples, the examiner withdrew the rejection and allowed the claims.   A Notice of Allowance was issued on October 18, 1999, the issue fee was paid, and issuance was noticed for February 29, 2000.

Another BlackLight patent application, entitled “Lower-Energy Hydrogen Methods and Structures,” issued as United States Patent No. 6,024,935 on February 15, 2000.   Shortly thereafter, prompted by an outside inquiry, the Director of the Group that had examined these applications was made aware of both the ′ 935 patent and the imminent issuance of the ′294 application.   By Declaration filed in the district court, Group Director Kepplinger stated that upon reading the patent her “main concern was the proposition that the applicant was claiming the electron going to a lower orbital in a fashion that I knew was contrary to the known laws of physics and chemistry.”   Director Kepplinger believed that the ′935 patent and the ′294 application were directed to similar subject matter, and contacted Robert Spar, Director of the Special Program Law Office in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Commissioner for Patents.   Director Spar stated by Declaration that Director Kepplinger expressed concern that the ′294 application “possibly had serious and substantial patentability problems and asked me to withdraw it from issue for further review.”

Oh yes how DID that lawsuit go markie????

(give you a hint, try searching for the patent concerned)

Sadly, and while I hate to bring of Mill's family - I will. Is there a son or daughter to 'take up the reigns' and con on once he passes?
