Ultimately, it's not the people around Trump that are the problem; it's Trump.
 
Bannon is lucky;the man he said models he himself after as the power behind the Throne, Thomas Cromwell just did not get fired by Henry The Eight,he lost his head...literally.
Guess Bannon should have studied his Tudor history a bit more closely.....

So, if Bannon leaves, he probably takes a chunk of Trump's Alt-right voter base.

Trump has already attacked or otherwise repulsed Democrats and most independents. They won't be supporting him.

Many mainstream republicans have expressed reservations about him, and he's been attacking many of them.

Some republicans still support him, but a good chunk of those are racists who will follow Bannon.

Will Trump have any supporters left?

She should try her hardest to remove the man who said "I saw the same footage ... there were very fine people on [the Nazi/KKK side]". has Trump seen the same footage where this WS organizer talked about Mr. and Mrs. Kutchner? He said that very fine people were marching in a march organized by that man.

I haven't run into a lot of liberals who won't admit this. But then I avoid talking about politics these days unless anonymously online. Too fraught.

Yup. If its true that Bannon actually resigned a week or 2 ago, it means that all of Trump's recent racist troubles (his "people marching with Nazis are good people", his defense of confederate monuments, his repeat of the "anti-islam pig's blood bullet") are all Trump's doing.
 
Is Trump now a "cuck"? I never really understood that word. Is he now a race traitor?

I do not doubt that Bannon has excellent information. He's the type to know where bodies are buried.

So ... is this finally it for Trump? I've thought so before and been wrong.
 
I think we are in the best timeline possible where Donald Trump is the president.
