The key part of Publishing is a wide variety of inappropriate journals is a hint of dubious papers. is that phrase "wide variety". Mills and his coauthors have published papers on close to the same topic in a wide variety of inappropriate journals over a period of about 25 years....Now, my point is, that the idea had been invented a while before, by a clever guy who could not get it published in the appropriate places, and it was published in a journal specialising in (English) lifts, or (US) elevators. You would not find a less appropriate journal too easily. Sometimes the author has to publish where publication is accepted, and that is because reviewers often do not understand new ideas, and papers are therefore restricted to polishing up known topics.

The fact is that we do not believe Mills opinion or that of his employees when published in an inappropriate journal, especially it looks like there is a lie in the abstract.The fact is, you and others apparently simply don't believe this kind of result, and others like it.

I'm not sure if you're being serious in your first two paragraphs. In case you are, Mill's SunCell has H2 gas added to it. The SunCell does not produce it. What the SunCell produces is dihydrino gas from the H2 gas, in an environment which in essence is a silver boiler, with small amounts of a recycled oxide, and an electric current at small voltage administered when necessary.
I hate to throw (hydrino-less) water on this astute observation but Mills, et. al. wear full body suits made of one-inch thick lead while in the laboratory. May I suggest, however, a somewhat different line of research to pursue: The psychological effects of wearing 500 pounds of lead while pursuing theCongratulations! You've discovered an additional verification vector. If there's ANY validity to Mills and his research he and his staff will be riddled with the cancers typical of high level X-Ray exposure.

Wait a frikken minute. Where did 4 years come from? IIRC, we're supposed to see a working prototype before the year is out. How 'bout coming back on, say, December 24th and giving us a gift of a humble pie chow-down? Even by your own timeline, 4 years is waaaaay too long to wait.
The SunCell is an irrelevant dead end. It will never see commercial production. Mills might eventually market a conventional generator using the SunCell name, but it won't be based upon his Hydrino claims.

convert another form of energy to electrical, as per conversion of gravitational potential energy contained in a body of water held at a set height into electric current.
Thankfully I'm using one of his working 2001 generators so I have no need to change it for at least another 30 years. Indeed I need to make a provision in my will for it since if it has the lifespan claimed by Mills it is going to outlast me by several decades....Promise us you won't use SunCell technology to power your home in the future. You wouldn't want your home powered by nothing at all would we. It would violate the conservation of energy.
