Brilliant Light Power Going To Market - Free Energy Generator

A good point. First of all, Mills would say the vast majority of the hydrogen in the universe has turned into hydrino, aka the missing mass of the universe, aka dark matter.

Hydrino production allegedly releases substantial amounts of heat and light energy. If the vast majority of the universal mass is hydrinos, shouldn't there be a commensurately large energy signal? Shouldn't we see it in the CMB, or something?

Thanks. I'm no chemist but yes I am well aware of the giving and taking of electrons to achieve lower energy states. (Unlike Mills I didn't win chemistry awards at university; in fact I barely passed!) The Man wasn't explicit in what would be the oxidizing agent, so I assumed he meant oxygen from the air or water or the special refractory oxide.

You specified "the oxidizing agent".

There is hardly any oxygen at all. The only oxygen comes from a very heat stable oxide compound added to the silver and which sparingly reacts with added hydrogen gas to very briefly form water, a catalyst for hydrino formation.

Do you even read your own posts?

With the Pentagon connection mentioned earlier, we need to consider the false flag aspects here. It is well known that the DIA and others will use one "apparent" technology to conceal what's actually going on.

It would explain why what Mills presents can't stand up to scrutiny and why outsiders are not welcome. This has the stink of secrecy about it. Mills is just a front for something much deeper, so of course it's all BS - that's what it's supposed to be. It also explains why the EPA and OSHA don't seem interested. Someone called them and said, "Back off."

Possible I suppose, but I don't see it. Mills is an amiable and independent guy from the farm. He has also been quite transparent about developments from my perspective. He has welcomed outsiders to come and watch. He can stand scrutiny quite well as I see it.

Mill's main problem is that he is ignored, and no doubt that is because he is working outside of academia, outside of corporate America, and certainly outside of the accepted physics of the atom.

From this post the assertion was that...

A good point. First of all, Mills would say the vast majority of the hydrogen in the universe has turned into hydrino, aka the missing mass of the universe, aka dark matter. Secondly, hydrino is formed by contact with an appropriate catalyst. The conditions have to be right. Frankly, I'm skeptical that *all* the dark matter is hydrino.

"the vast majority of the hydrogen in the universe has turned into hydrino,". Which of course wouldn't work to find "missing mass" as hydrinos would be less massive than hydrogen.

As an investment, I'd be troubled by the dilution. Someone who invested way back in 1996 (or whenever this started) has had some percentage of the company for 20 years with no revenue stream. Wouldn't adding more investors further dilute holdings?

Who actually owns this, if not Mills?

There is indeed background radiation of soft X-ray and UV. As far as I know this hasn't been 'solved' by any conventional explanation. Of course, Mills has his own explanation.

I'm certainly not getting your logic that says that if hydrinos exist then ordinary chemistry would not be possible.

Mills would say that both hydrogen and hydrino are ejected from the sun. Mills would say further that hydrino formation is part of the sun's energy generation.

Excited hydrogen does not drop to below to below ground state. Thus, no extra spectral line. Ground state hydrogen in contact with a catalyst can drop below ground state.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'overunity'. If you mean free energy, of course Mills doesn't believe that.

A catalyst only accelerates a process, it does NOT initiate it.
Adding more energy would always start the process.
Given that the sun is a nuclear fusion generator there is unlimited energy, so all hydrogen should come out as hydrinos.
The same with jupiters gravity.

And chemical reactions occur because electrons always seek to occupy the lowest energy state. As Mills claims that this is the unknown hydrino orbital chemical bonds would use this. And not the observed energy level.

There is no explanation whatsoever why this ground state is NOT used in nature.
Of course to me that is because scam artists like Mills never actually evaluate their theories, they just dress them up sciency to lure in marks.

His theory does not just explain an unexplained phenomena (dark matter) it also unexplains millions of known observations that simply would not occur if he were right.
As shown by his misuse of the word catalyst.

Not sure what you're getting at here. Also, hydrino has the same mass as hydrogen, less the energy of a high energy photon.

Good questions, to which I don't have answers except to say that these private investors have been very patient, and haven't been raising any fuss that I have heard anyway. But I'm not in the loop.

I'm afraid it's bad news.

What is known about secrecy orders is largely the result of Freedom of Information Act requests filed by groups like the Federation of American Scientists, an independent, nonpartisan think tank. Those documents show that the overall number of secrecy orders has steadily increased in recent years, totaling more than 5,300 by 2012, with some of them in effect for decades.

Tens of thousands of patent applications are manually examined each year under the Invention Secrecy Act and referred for a final decision to the Pentagon, National Security Agency, Department of Justice and, more recently, Department of Homeland Security.

“From the patent owner’s perspective, you’re stuck in this legal limbo where the government says you’ve got this valid invention, but there’s nothing you can do with it until maybe decades later,” said Mark Lemley, a technology law professor at Stanford University.

Secrecy orders are rare, but violating one can result in prison time.

Until this clears the secrecy/weaponized hurdle, it's just not something anyone should invest in.

Missed this good post. Personally I find the confiscation of a persona's intellectual property for "national security" reasons a bit chilling. Not sure if any similar actions are taken here in Canada.

Catalysts of course can be very broadly defined. Even net exothermic reactions can require a 'catalyst' to happen at all. For instance, if I recall correctly even the simple exothermic reaction H + H -> H2 requires a third body to occur. And note that there is no photon given off; rather there is energy transfer to the third body. Somewhat analogous to the hydrino formation process; but in the case of the hydrino process the third body has to be able to receive only a distinct amount of energy, namely multiples of 27.2 eV.

Not sure what you're getting at here. Also, hydrino has the same mass as hydrogen, less the energy of a high energy photon.

At least in part that these two assertions do not agree...

"hydrino has the same mass as hydrogen"

and

"less the energy of a high energy photon"

Less energy than hydrogen means less mass than hydrogen by E = Mc2 for that "high energy photon", it's as simple as that.

Why claim "the same mass as hydrogen" just to assert "less the energy of a high energy photon" after? Just say, as I did, that it is less straight out.

Also this assertion "the vast majority of the hydrogen in the universe has turned into hydrino" seems to imply that what astrophysicist consider to be primarily hydrogen should actually be mostly hydrinos.

I've spotted the flaw!

Electricity in.......light bulb lights up........solar panel collects light.........electricity out. Who'd've thunk it?
The input energy is waffled over by calling it the ignition energy, they have never yet once in the 25 year history had a self sustaining generator. It has always needed the ignition energy.

I'm guesstimating a working prototype and field units in 2018, and marketable products by 2022.

Mills would say much sooner than that, but he has a history of being overly optimistic and underestimating problems.

I have no position in the company, nor do I know anyone personally in the company. Just an observer in the peanut gallery.

So why are you confident THIS time will be different from all the other pronouncements followed by nothing? How do you view the history of his making wild claims then nothing occurring?

No, a catalyst is quite clearly defined.
It is a substance that accelerates a chemical reaction without being consumed by the chemical reaction.

1: This does not mean the reaction will not happen without the catalyst, it will just be slower.
2: The mechanism proposed is NOT a chemical reaction.
3: All proposed 'catalysts' and hydrogen are abundantly present in Jupiter, thus the whole planet would be hydrino's. It is not.

It seemed, since you made the point that hydrino would be lighter than hydrogen, that I understood you would think it to be significantly lighter. if not, why did you make the point at all? Again, I assert that the hydrino is the same mass as hydrogen, less the energy of a photon. For all practical purposes they are the same mass.

The input energy is waffled over by calling it the ignition energy, they have never yet once in the 25 year history had a self sustaining generator. It has always needed the ignition energy.

It's not difficult to fathom that any ignition energy is part of the input energy. Am I missing something here?

Yes I agree that BLP has not yet had a self sustaining energy generator.
But they've had setups with COP much greater than 1. Even in the early 1990s when Mills was working out of Thermacore, they had aqueous cells that could run for months and which had COPs of around 8 if I recall. They had it scaled up to hundreds of watts of heat output. But such low grade heat is, in the end, hardly practical. Thermacore has the patent for the cell which they freely admit was Mill's idea.

The formation of hydrino is detectable when it is formed, based on a characteristic light signature. But after that it is hard to detect, even in the lab. You have to know what to look for, and therefore how to look for it. Mills has done that.
Really?

Evidence, in an objective, independently verifiable form?

So far, the reaction chamber is not closed ; it consists of an open (at that top) graphite sphere enclosed in a large transparent glove box, which vents the vapours and the substantial heat out.

At the bottom of the graphite sphere is where two streams of molten silver are injected and intersect, and where the hydrino reaction mostly occurs.
Is it through the open at the top vents that the hydrinos leave the chamber? If not, where do they go (what becomes of them)?

And yet, you haven't looked at the scientific papers have you. While it is true that there has been no commercial device delivered yet - Mills' optimism gets the better of him - don't conflate that with a lack of scientific evidence for the existence of hydrino.
I have read "the scientific papers" (well, the ones I could find, in the public domain).

May I ask, what scientific papers have you read? Which ones did you find particularly compelling?
