There are no doubt many people who do not see a distinction.
 
In three countries I lived in Bahrain, UAE and Saudi Arabia a substantial percentage of the people there thought the west or more correctly 'Western secular culture' or sometimes 'Western christian culture', and to lesser extend, 'Jewish western culture' was out to destroy THEIR culture and religion.

I'd be fully astonished if he planned anything of the sort. I suspect that Trump is far too self-centered for that type of religious fanaticism.

Why? What's wrong with that? It's a rapidly emerging and reasonably well behaved democracy that will be an economic powerhouse in the next 20 or 30 years.

I despise Trump, but better relations with India is something I have no problem with.

But given Trump's total tone defenses when it comes to anybody who is not of White European Descent, I doubt it will happen.

Trump only believes in Trump - he has no religion but Trump.

Thus, ipso facto, religion is not real.
