Nixon signed both the clean air and clean water acts that gave birth to the EPA. Is it because of the ACA you say that? Which is a copy of Romney's health insurance program in Massachusetts. A program that was designed by the Heritage Foundation. The Clintons fought like hell in their first term to pass and even more generous health care bill but failed.

As if people on the right didn't like them with the same fervor? Can't really count Nixon, he would be in the same category as the contemptible Bush. The more recent example of Carter, I don't know any conservative who says anything good about him.

The problem is you aren't in reality, I can prove it more by saying hillary is probably the most hated left wing politician in our time, even more than Obama. Its because of her perceived corruption and leftist position. Ask yourself this, no one says Obama is corrupt, immoral, he's perceived as a fun guy to have a beer with. People just can't stand his policies. It really doesn't bother me if you believe this, its more fun watching you spout ignorance on this issue.
And whose jobs did he threaten? Coal miners? Guess, what? They are going down. The dirtiest fuel on the planet is no longer economically viable with Solar dramatically cheaper and a glut of cheap Natural Gas. It ain't Obama's fault that is a dying way of life.

Solar has nothing to do with coal being less viable, you do have an argument with natural gas, but that is due solely to fracking which Obama was also against and likely you too.

Actually in my miserably blue state the lighter hued folks got lumped into the darker hued folks in a particular district and its been a dem ever since. ;)

They caught the Republican Elections Judge in Illinois trying to vote on behalf of her dead husband and that confused woman who just voted again (for Trump) in Iowa because she wasn't sure her vote got registered (and went clear across town to cast the second vote), and they did prevent Bannon from voting in Florida from an address that proved to be a car park or empty building or sumfin'?

How many did you and the Fourth Armored Division of The Patriots For Fair Elections did you catch? I mean, with your devotion, you were out there preventing people from casting illegal votes, weren't you?

Again, in my miserably blue state, illegals can get drivers lisenses, were one can register to vote. They cant ask them their legal status for those DL's wonder if they registered to vote at the same time?

At least now we have a president that is going to look at all this.

But you needn't worry about the rebound. It's American politics. It always happens and the old bigoted white folks are still dying out. More so once Trump and Ryan cut-off ACA to the ignorant redneck lower classes who voted the bigot line.

Me and Jessie Jackson are already working out the plans. We've got a nice plot picked out right next to your McMansion there in downtown Conservatopia. You can't dismiss that solar costs have been plummeting and has and will continue to have an impact on the energy market.

Obamacare was pretty liberal, but mostly he wasted his time the first two years and his liberal wet dream was simply blocked.

Again you are simply misinformed and provide no specifics at all. Allow me to at least inform you about solar panel prices. In 2015 they dropped 17%. This year they are expected to have dropped at least another 15 percent, and the next 2 years, the price is expected to drop another 40 percent. The need for subsidies has disappeared and is on par with coal prices today not 20 years from now. And that is based on silicon based solar cells. The development of perskovite based solar has advanced at a tremendous rate and if the degradation issues are resolved we can expect costs to be reduced another 50 percent. The big problem remains to be electricity storage. Battery/Supercapacitor development remains to be slow.
