I know that James Comey and the FBI agents who investigated would be called to testify and they would be forced to say that they didn't have enough evidence to charge her.

Of course, if there is conflicting testimony that is reasonable doubt.

Hillary is not going to prison. Deal with it.

Facts like that they were unanimous in their decision to not recommend charges because they didn't have enough evidence.

Also, there is this thing called expert witnesses who give their expert opinions.

The ridiculous thing is that you think there is even the slightest chance that Hillary will go to prison for the emails. She definitely will not. Deal with it. Or stay in denial about it, it will be funnier for me that way.

Keep up with your insane delusion the FBI agents who investigated this wouldn't be star witnesses for the defense and that there is even the slight possibility that she will go to prison. Even if Donald wins and makes Rudy Giuliani or Chris Christie the Attorney General, she won't go to prison. She probably wouldn't even get charged because then they would look like stupid vindictive hacks when she gets acquitted/charges thrown out.
