On another note, she says that it was a Boeing 707. Apparently, the airline didn't fly 707s from Dallas to NY. It would have been a 727. Republican scrum have being using this to attempt to discredit her. As if mistaking one small detail like that makes a difference.

Apparently we're supposed to remember the make/model of aircraft on our flights. Or maybe that's just ones where momentous things happened?

I'm a big flyer. I might remember one aircraft. I was on a DC-8, can't remember the airline, but it was the day after a big DC-8 crash. When was that? I dunno. I can remember some flights as 747s because they were the only double-deckers at the time and Business was upstairs on the Korean Air 747s.

Other than that? I couldn't tell you what aircraft I was on for given flights.

(And now that you've posted that, I recall I did see something before about it being a Braniff flight from Texas but it had entirely slipped my mind when I posted.)

Well, Dallas to New York flight should simplify things considerably. Once Anthony Gilberthorpe digs up letters or friends or other sources to verify he was in Dallas at some time during the time period in question it should be a lot easier to pinpoint when he took a flight from Dallas to New York, check that against Leeds' and Trump's schedules, and confirm they all made a Dallas to New York trip at the same time.

Obviously we can't count on the liberal media to dig into this but presumably Fox will be diligent about giving Gilberthorpe lots of airtime to share the real facts^TM about what happened. I hope as many Fox News Channel hosts as possible will invite him onto their shows and give him all the time he needs.

Turns out that Mr. Gilberthorpe was 18 at the time of the incident. I'd like to know how he came to be flying first class on a domestic (USA) flight.

Perhaps a wealthy American client had booked him for a "date"? That was his line of business at the time.

I've had Republicans tell me that Obama is responsible for the great recession because he let the Lehman Brothers fail. Then when I pointed out that the Lehman Brothers failed before Obama was even elected, it somehow became not Dubya's fault through some very bizarre "logic".

Indeed. And if she's that abnormal there'll be further evidence to back it up. If everything else points to her being normal it would be strong evidence for something else.

Trump must be very happy that Gilberthorpe has come forward this way.

Gilbethorpe is an expert on the pleasing of ageing pervs.

This Gilberthorpe is looking more and more like a really key witness for Trump. I hope Trump continues to put Gilberthorpe in the spotlight and to let people know that this is the kind of person and the kind of evidence which Trump routinely uses to support his claims.

Absolutely. Couldn't have asked for better evidence that Trump is a great judge of people. Or for better evidence that Trump was on that plane sat next to Jessica Leeds.

It's no surprise Trump isn't taking questions these days.

I'm still most perplexed by the Evangelical's support for Trump: you have one candidate who runs one of the best charities there is while staying with her husband, but they think Jesus would want them to pick the adulterous serial monogamist who uses his charity as a slush fund with other people's money.

I think it is time to wake up and realize that a huge percentage of the American population are terrible people.

To be fair they have strong religious reasons for not supporting Clinton

1) She's a woman
2) She's not a man
