To be fair, there were multiple issues where he used foundation money for personal expenses, so you can't be expected to know them all

Donald was fined for putting up a flagpole that was 80 feet when the
height was I think 40 foot limit.

A fine was agreed upon, to pay to a veteran's charity chosen by the
town of Palm Beach. (Where his golf club was located with the flag pole).

He used his Foundation (charitable funds) to pay the settlement.

It is called self dealing and against very specific rules about tax exempt
charitable foundations.

I think his advisor, Dr. Oz (and future Surgeon General) told him we need more B-12, so he's holding out for those and his military advisors have told him that the Pentagon won't even discuss B-12s.
