The media should fall to their knees and praise the Lord for this gift on a slow-news-day Sunday. (That's irony folks). At least being driven to the CNN website got me up to speed on the Trump-hangs-up-on-Larry-King-on-Russian-state-TV kerfuffle. Just as King was asking about Mexican immigrants, some lady told Donald he had to hang up, leaving dead air and a picture of Trump. Only Trump didn't know it was Russian TV, he thought it was a podcast. Which is "stretching it," per King, since Donald had just done a Larry King podcast.
King is part owner of a Mexican distribution empire whose clients included the Kremlin. And speaking of health, he didn't sound so great himself. Maybe he is soldiering on despite a CVA?
If Hillary has more health problems than she admits to, at least she hasn't produced a doctor's letter about how astonishingly excellent her health is from a doctor who lied about his credentials.
There is something to the buzz re: candidates' health. Often we elect presidents who are beyond the age of mandatory retirement in many professions. Obama and Bush II were in great shape, relatively speaking. JFK was young and looked vigorous, but certain things were left unreported. That's OK with me, to a point. Surely America's allies (and enemies) during WWII understood that FDR had a physical disability, but why advertise that fact? U.S. presidents are expected to project strength and vigor, but let's get real about their ability to project youthfulness. Trump was younger in 2000; Hillary was younger in 2008. Youth is something we all lose. Wisdom is the compensation. We hope.
