I really want to read the stories about the Trump campaign when this is all over. I bet there are some juicy tales about just how nuts it has been.

Boeing's exports count for 85% of their sales; they are one of the largest exporters we have.

Exporters seem to be not a fan of Trump's policies; I think they fear his knee jerk placing of tariffs on goods from countries deemed "unfair"; this will hurt exporters like Boeing when the tariffed countries make it harder for Boeing to sell into their countries.

Oh, I agree that it's a bit naive to think that exporters (or their employees and the community that surrounds them) would support Trump's trade policy. I was simply trying to explain the author's meaning.

Trumps only connection to "the little people" is in court when they sue him because he won't pay for the work they do for him.

Hell, the newscasters barely call his minions on their BS, it's no wonder they don't call Trump out.

Pence was on Jake Trapper earlier and while Trapper asked a few times, but do you have any evidence any of the donors were granted favors, and later Trapper asked, what did Trump get for the $100K he gave the Foundation, Pence danced around both questions and spent 15 minutes on his stump speech. Trapper did almost nothing to challenge Pence, and he certainly didn't pin him down or stop him from wasting the viewers' time.
