New Disclosures on Benghazi - Part II

this suit reminds me of when the 9/11 "Loose Change" guys were down at Ground Zero passing out copies of their video to grieving family members. nut jobs without a conscience preying on vulnerable people.

In that sense, maybe. However, the Loose Change guys might actually believe that 9/11 was an inside job and not just claiming it is for political gain.

Is that because it is literally the exact opposite, as the grieving family are the plaintiffs

Still nothing to say about the fact that the lawyer is a conspiracy theory whackjob who tried to have Obama deported, I see.

Oh sorry! Missed this in the middle of your rant last night.

Sure, it is an ad hominem fallacy that you are using to avoid the substance of the claims, or as we call it, another day that ends in y for Tony Stark.

Still nothing about the spittle soaked attacks on the victims' families who are the plaintiffs, I see.

"I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son," Patricia Smith said.

That ought to earn at least a couple of laughing dogs from the Shillaries.

Pathetic

Wouldn't their have to be some form of substance? Those who have replied have addressed it with accuracy. It's a completely made up idea, with absolutely nothing to support it. The parents are obviously being used as political tools to try and, either, bait Hillary into insulting parents of people who lost loved ones in defense of this country, or slow her down while the GOP tries to figure out what to do with Trump.

It's a tactic, it's pathetic, and those that made it happen should feel terrible about themselves.

Not as pathetic as turning that poor grieving woman into a talking point, political theater.

Besides, this is just an appeal to emotion, and a pretty lame one at that. People aren't laughing at the fact that her child died, and no one is disrespecting their son's sacrifice. Those that died should and are respected.

We're laughing at the loosely connected dots that completely fly in the face of reality. She's being used and fed a ******** story by a con artist and a political group that is crumbling. They're now using this woman as a life raft.

Dodging questions and pretending this lawsuit has any merit whatsoever is way more pathetic.

Sound like anyone in this thread ?

So 16.5 defends the crazed whackjob lawyer who tried to have Obama deported.

LOL

Here is the actual complaint. http://www.freedomwatchusa.org/pdf/160808-Final Complaint .pdf

Make sure you read the stomach churning attacks Hillary made on the victims families on pages 7-9.

Thoroughly Corrupt Hillary is as despicable as Simon Shack and the rest of the vicsim scumbags.
So funny that it doesn't even give you the slightest pause that the "best" lawyer they could find to represent them for this is a crazed conspiracy theory whackjob that tried to have Obama deported.

Gosh their stomachs churn easily

“I feel a great deal of sympathy for the families of the four brave
Americans that we lost at Benghazi, and I certainly can’t even imagine the
grief that she has for losing her son, but she’s wrong. She’s absolutely
wrong.”

“Chris, my heart goes out to both of them. Losing a
child under any circumstances, especially in this case, two State Department
employees, extraordinary men both of them, two CIA contractors gave their
lives protecting our country, our values. I understand the grief and the
incredible sense of loss that can motivate that. As other members of families
who lost loved ones have said, that’s not what they heard, I don’t hold any ill
feeling for someone who in that moment may not fully recall everything that
was or wasn’t said.”

I wonder what 16.5's reaction will be when the lawsuit is tossed. Perhaps Hillary paid off the judge?

Hillary Clinton, the most thoroughly documented Liar of the Century calling the grieving parents "wrong."

Pathetic.

Clinton/Shack 2016!

Do you have anything better than appeal to emotion ?

Really, I should be asking simply "do you have anything...anything at all ?"

Hillary Clinton, the most thoroughly documented Liar of the Century

She may be the most thoroughly documented (thanks to the right wing echo chamber) - although I'm not sure how you'd judge that - but then again she lies so much less than some other politicians, including Donald Trump

calling the grieving parents "wrong."

Pathetic.

Clinton/Shack 2016!

Does grieving absent a person from reality ?

I fail to see how her statements are in any way stomach churning. Quite the opposite, they seemed to me to be respectfully correcting their mistake.

edited to add...

Apart from their own, possibly faulty, memories (after all memories are fallible and grief does strange things), is there any evidence that Hillary Clinton told the families that the Youtube video was the cause ?

Instead could they be conflating early media reports and later meeting(s) ?
