Correct; you don't have to be an explosives expert to know what controlled demolitions sound like. My common sense tells me that if the WTC collapses had been controlled demolitions, everyone in Manhattan would have known it immediately, and now we would too from the numerous videos. You seem to possess a powerful aversion to common sense.

Your posts aren't working clearly. Simply hand waving away arguments, evidence and expert opinion, will not get anybody to think about anything. Perhaps a new tack is needed?
Implicitly claiming no knowledge is required other than what 'you' consider is "common sense" - in order to refute things you've not even read, seen, heard or dealt with is not going to get you a new investigation.

You supposedly knew/know it and were also lied to and told to ignore it. What allows you and the handful of other truthers able to see through the supposed smoke and mirrors where millions of other folks (including experts in the relevant fields) are STILL being fooled almost 15 years later?

You are a sad person playing sad games for attention. You claim we need a "new investigation" and yet will not even read what those who have rigorously investigated have already found. Even worse than remaining ignorant, you actively disparage the work of those who have investigated, despite not even reading it. For $30, you could have learned a great deal about how the floor system in the WTC would have reacted to the fires observed that day based on real scale model testing by expert fire scientists. That you incessantly post but will not pay even a trifling fee learn anything demonstrates very clearly that you neither value your own time nor the time of those who engage with you.

That is false. There are no videos that depict the sound of CD explosions. I might add that New York City experiences over 2000 explosions each year that have nothing to do with explosives.

The last few weeks - even months - has seen no more than 1-2-3 or 4 active today threads on the front page.
The days of many active threads long gone.
DP similar.
Metabunk on 9/11 CT has gone days even weeks no activity recently.
And the "Sure fire test" I've used for some time. Post a serious response to a thread where the level of play is "circling whack-a-mole" and the thread stops dead.
My old stamping ground on the 9/11 thread on RatSkep has long descended into low level both sides in comfort zone comments.
So I've recently posted a few "lift the game" serious posts. Stops posting dead for weeks at a time.
Doesn't work on "troll feeding" threads for obvious reasons.
Time for a new hobby.
One of our regulars persuaded me to go to Facebook where a truther was wanting an engineer to debate WTC collapses. I outlined my Forum CV and suggested ROEs for the debate - and the truther couldn't be seen for dust as he headed over the horizon.
BUT I've been filling in time revisiting 2006-7-8 Facebook style.
And the short post quick response ethos plus the technology does NOT suit my ponderous pedantic purist pontificating preferred prose style.

I have several very rewarding hobbies. I build RC cars that my GF loves to beat on and doing so she does very well in the local races. I build and fly RC planes. I hike and geocache all the time and I play golf. Sometimes I even find time to get in some work. Whacking the moles is something I do when I should be doing paper work.

(By definition I think one obsession is the limit) My YF and I sing in two choirs (was four - or three and a quartet out ff the fourth choir.) Still play at Computer Doctor but only for friends. So my nie year same avatar is out of date
Both YF and I employed in transport. Me with school buses. She with volunteer community transport - takes old ladies (and the few man who reach the age) on bus excursions and shopping trips. Plus she is one of the team on a cancer patients 5/7 transport to regional hospital for radiation therapies - local hospital too small to have the gear.Wow.
This is a decent question.
Some of the reasons millions are still fooled are as follows:
They know know nothing about WTC7.
They know about WTC7, but they don't know what the collapse means.
They know about WTC7 and the collapse, but they refuse to admit what it means because it goes against core beliefs.
They know about WTC7 and the collapse, they realize the implications, and they are afraid to talk about what they know.
It's like Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Billions of people have the vision implanted in their brains (video of the collapse of WTC1 and WTC2). Only a small portion of those billions saw the next part (WTC 7). Only a small fraction of those that saw all three collapses have been told what they all meant or have figured it out on their own.
