They're in the evidence gathering phase. No doubt the explosive report will come out sometime in the fall of 2024, just in time for Hillary's exit.

I can't wait to see who the next poor sap is that will get the republitard smear campaign against him / her. Liz Warren probably.

Bonus points if organisations that accuser supports can be identically accused on equally flimsy basis. Hypocrisy is name of this game.

Do you know anything about the pardons that Bill made at the end of his term, including the one granted to the fugitive from justice Marc Rich (in a rather blatant quid pro quo for his wife's donation to the Clinton Foundation) and to Puerto Rican nationalist terrorists (in a blatant attempt to boost Hillary's Senate campaign)?

The fuller details of those meetings were included in files the State Department turned over to AP after it sued the government in federal court.

The missing entries raise new questions about how Clinton and her inner circle handled government records documenting her State Department tenure — in this case, why the official chronology of her four-year term does not closely mirror the other, more detailed records of her daily meetings.

You'd think with all that crime and a GOP that has been trying for decades to get charges on anything but Bill lying about his BJ, that there would be something that actually led to criminal charges, let alone a conviction.

Why do you suppose none of it has ever come to fruition? It's not like the GOP hasn't tried.

Getting proof beyond a reasonable doubt is quite difficult when the defendant is an extremely powerful person. If Richard Nixon had been smart enough to erase the tapes that he himself had recorded, the whole kerfuffle about the Watergate break-in would have gone down the memory hole, and we would have to use the Tea Pot Dome Scandal as a point of reference for the Clinton's ethics instead of Watergate.
 
Here are 3 more strikes against Hillary Clinton in her email scandal

First, the IT expert who managed her private server spent 90 minutes in a deposition on the subject and answered zero questions. His decision to persistently plead the Fifth makes it increasingly likely that Clinton herself will be deposed, perhaps while still on the campaign trail.

And second, an Associated Press review of Clinton's official calendar at State has found that it leaves out lots of key details, like the names of executives with whom she met — executives whose companies were major donors of the Clinton Foundation and active lobbyists of the federal government. AP found at least 75 meetings in which similar details were never recorded or removed after the fact.

All Ken Starr got on the Clintons were Bill's sex problems. You think had there been evidence Starr wouldn't have recommended an indictment?
