Jeb has no friends

Of course, that is quite true.

However, as long as the person to whom the sycophant actually does believe that the person is a friend, then the actual reality of the situation will have little, to no bearing, on the person that the syscophant is involved with.

P.S.: you can probably tell by now that I have had waaaay too much experience with syscophants, toadies, brown nosers, yes men, lackies, and so on over the years.

That would be really sad though if the individual loses the money or power that drew the sycophants. :(

Sorry, but I have to disagree.

If some rich and/or powerful person looses money and/or power because of his sycophants, then I would say that person does not deserve the money and/or power that he has. Therefore, I am not saddened when such foolish people get into trouble via their sycophants.

Oh. That just makes me sad. He probably would have made a better President than his brother, but W killed any chance he would have had.

So if you actually have empathy for rich and/or powerful people who are too stupid to recognize when a syscophant is taking advantage of them, then you are at liberty to do so.

As for me, I do not engage is such actions and I can assure you that your sadness for me is quite misplaced.
