Any decision made by a computer is dependant on the programming of said computer. You can call it a robot if you wish, but at its core it is still a computer. Computers are constrained by their programming, and therefore any "robo-judge" will be constrained by their program and will be at an even greater disadvantage than a human judge when dealing with a new situation.

And that's not even counting the probability that a programmer will introduce some programming into the mix to give themselves an advantage (If Accused = "Border Reiver", then verdict = "Not Guilty" or "Damage award of $1,000,000.00).
