Putting the price tag at ten billion is a good strategy, since it makes it utterly certain that you'll never have to do anything but talk. My advice to you is that you should mind your own business. I will continue to work as much as I want. I have no interest in implementing such a crackpot idea.

On the assumption that yours is a good system (which it isn't) - how do you plan to use your $1Bn (which you haven't got) to change the legal system of the entire world, at the same time so that you system works (which it doesn't and it won't)?
