What'll be even more funny is watching HDS sufferers' heads asplode, as the next oath Hillary speaks starts out with "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States...."

Do you think Obama will pardon her?

What'll be even more funny is watching all the Hillary fans' heads asplode, as the next decade passes by, status quo intact along with the ever increasing wealth inequality and all the lovely societal problems that go along with it.

Actually that's not funny at all :(

Well, she's got to get past Bernie and the FBI first. Not sure which is a greater challenge. And after that, she's got to face Trump. I'm not saying that I'm happy that Trump will be the Republican nominee, but I'm kind of looking forward to a general campaign between Hillary and the Donald. Hillary and Bill thoroughly deserve the Trump storm that's coming.

here is a significantly more detailed article containing actual screen shots of the discovery sought, and copies of the orders.

tl:dr? Bad news for Hillary.

First thing I would do is get a subpoena out to Datto.

The group singled out Undersecretary for Management Patrick F. Kennedy; John F. Hackett, director of information services; Executive Secretary Joseph E. Macmanus; Mills; Abedin; Clinton lawyer David E. Kendall; and Bryan Pagliano, a Clinton staff member during her 2008 presidential campaign who helped set up the private server.

Judicial Watch also named Clinton technology contractors Platte River Networks and Datto Inc. and asked to subpoena archived copies of sent or received emails on the private server.

Aides testimony could throw Hillary a Curveball

Reuters is reporting Clinton's emails should have been 'top secret'

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. spy agencies have told Congress that Hillary Clinton's home computer server contained some emails that should have been treated as "top secret" because their wording matched sections of some of the government's most highly classified documents, four sources familiar with the agency reports said.

Hillary's aides copied and pasted top secret reports from the CIA and National Geospatial Intelligence Agency into Hillary's homebrew server.

That was more convenient for Hillary.

National Security Defense attorney Edward MacMahon, who routinely handles classified information as part of his case work, said "Lynch appears to be sending a message that there is no need for a special prosecutor because she has assigned career Justice Department lawyers, and not political appointees, to work with FBI agents on the Clinton matter."

MacMahon who recently represented CIA officer Jeffrey Sterling, who was convicted of leaking intelligence to a New York Times reporter and is now serving a three- and-a-half-year prison sentence, said the pairing of FBI agents and Justice Department attorneys generally reflects the fact that the investigation has moved beyond an initial inquiry.

“As a general matter, a U.S. attorney is assigned as an FBI investigation progresses. The partnership with the U.S. attorney allows the FBI to use the investigation tools of the U.S. government, including subpoenas for evidence, business or phone records, as well as witnesses. And you need (a) U.S. attorney to convene a grand jury.

Sounds like things are heating up.

I'm a bit confused as to why they need a U.S. attorney for the highlighted bit. I'm learning so much about this process though, thanks to Hillary ;)

America's getting zanier every day! :covereyes

So adorable.

Trump has far more skeletons.

Few people care about Trump's skeletons, he least of all. Does anybody really not know that Trump is a bastard at this point? He's the consummate *******. His supporters (and they are growing in a kind of preference cascade) don't care about what he did in the past, or what he used to be. They want somebody new and different in the White House. Somebody who will channel their anger at government, at the elitists, and the pussification of America. And also somebody who will keep them entertained.

Whether you like him or hate him, you have to admit that it's fun to watch Donald Trump. I watched part of the debate last night, and it was a hoot. Watching a Democratic debate is like watching paint dry. Outside. In freezing weather.

As for Hillary herself, I'd rather watch a performance of Nine Inch Nails on a chalkboard than listen to that harpy give a speech, let alone a press conference. I can't be the only one.
