Once again, misinformation. When HQ called back at 13:35, the carabinieri had been there almost ten minutes. IIRC their arrival time was circa 13:26.

This sounds like something you made up just now lol

She never said it was always locked. She took them to the blood in the bathroom. She certainly didn't lull them into anything.

What do you think about Sophie and her gang doing Meredith in? I wonder if they were connected to Koko?

Neither fish nor fowl, but hearsay scandal-mongering.

Grinder's point should be taken tongue-in-cheek, as a tit-for-tat in the continual.....

...... hearsay scandal-mongering you have been about since joining this thread in April 2015. Beginning with the stupid claim about Judge Heavey (you said he was sacked) that you apologized for, all the way to just about every other factoid you've pulled out of thin air.....

...... "hearsay scandal-mongering" seems to be all you have.

What a load of bull. The postal police suspected AK and RS of absolutely nothing, and Filomena and Luca did not "immediately" smash the door down. Do you just type the first thing that pops up in your head?

Filomena was the only one there who realized what Meredith being without her phones could mean. She then told the postals to break down the door, which they refused to do - obviously because at that moment they thought Filomena was overreacting.

It turns out she was not.

You do your "position" no service with your hyperbole. It is far better to stick to facts.

Fact is, Filomena and her three companions arrived circa 12:55, having driven at top speed from a Day of the Dead fair after Filomena rang Amanda (note: not the other way round) and she told her the place was in chaos.

Within about five to ten minutes of arriving Luca kicked the door down. The Postal Police said they did not have the authority. They were further, lulled into a false state of calm by Amanda assuring them Mez' door was always locked.

Please advise which aspect of these facts you dispute.

The load of bull continues. Fact is Filomena arrived after 1 pm. Fact is that the guilter talking point, "Amanda said she always locked her door," was part of the fact no one there spoke both adequate Italian and adequate English. Indeed, when you say that Amanda falsely tried to calm the postal police you are mistaken. Everyone was in a state of turmoil, they just didn't know what the turmoil was really about until the door was opened.

So far your view of things diverges from Judge Massei's court as well as other guilter sources like John Follain. It shows your willingness to just make things up.

For heaven's sake, Judge Massei made up a lot of things, too. It's just that on this issue he saw no need - he made the postal police look like fools. The implication of what Massei wrote in his report was either that he was lying (your view) or that he did not believe the postal polices testimony.

There's not a lot of wiggle room here - yet you keep wiggling.

Vixen,

as usual has the cart before the horse. It's fine to examine the handwriting of known "psycho felons" as a form of science AFTER their conviction but to attach importance to handwriting in convicting criminals is an absurdity.

Adolf Hitler, Ted Bundy, Gary Gilmore and many others have had their handwriting analysed for scientific purposes (whether science or bogus science is another discussion altogether) AFTER conviction but to take the handwriting of Joe Blogs and attach any importance to the fact that it resembles Adolf Hitler's is complete patent bogus nonsense.

It's also true that handwriting may be used to profile a killer at large but never to convict.

Handwriting analysis is not, not, not, a science. That is that one can identify the psychological traits of someone. Beyond comparing and matching 2 handwriting samples to each other it offers little value.

This assumes the carabinieri drove right by the cottage they were looking for, on the wrong side of the road, angled into its driveway as if parking, and failed to notice the small crowd gathered standing around outside that had summoned them, and that the male figure that walks in front of the camera with a distinctive bold stripe running vertically down his pants, similar to the carabinieri uniform which features a distinctive bold stripe running vertically down their pants, is not in fact a carabinieri officer.

So for me the timing of the CCTV is easy. The postal police say they arrived at 12:35 and that is consistent with them struggling to find the address and ringing Knox using Filomena's phone at 12:34. She tells them she will come down to the street and wave. So there is no discrepancy in the CCTV.
Now I realize that is reasoning you can't use or accept, so I will try and point out the mistakes in the defense case.

The first problem here
http://www.amandaknoxcase.com/defense-cctv-presentation/
is that the defense has incorrectly marked the camera angle on the satellite photo. From this they incorrectly conclude the police car of 13:22:37.99 has turned into the driveway. In fact it has stopped on a small layby that is visible in the satellite photo just past the driveway. We know it has stopped because it hasn't moved from the previous image found on this site and ignored by the defense
http://themurderofmeredithkercher.com/PDF/Postale/postale 124.jpg
So the car is stationary.
Because 7 via della Pergola isn't actually on via della Pergola, rather it is on viale Sant Antonio, it is legitimately hard to find. What has happened is that on the first lap, the police car has turned out of via della Pergola, stopped on the side of the road and said: "where the hell is it"

The image you believe is a policeman that walks past a full 33 seconds before the police car arrives, cannot be identified with any certainty as a policeman. You may see a stripe on the trousers in the CCTV image, in my view the resolution is far too bad to pick up such detail. There doesn't seem any link between that man and the car that parks 33 seconds later.

Other problems with the defense presentation is they ignore the fact that Alteri and Zaroli also turn up and they attribute legs that could easily belong to them, to the postal police.

There is no visible small crowd awaiting the police car in any CCTV images.

So in sum, I think Nencini got it right. At best you could say that there is some doubt, but mostly it is due to a poor reconstruction by the defense that confused a layby with a driveway and then suppressed some images that showed the police car was stationary.

The strange thing is, I used to think Guede must have had some connection with the crime scene because of the way he described the scream.

Now reading his diary, I am not so sure. I think he was just feed the time of the scream by the 'Ndrangheta who were leaked it by the police. He had already scarpered when he was kicked out by Giacomo and Daniele.

The police saw heads of people turning around at 21:40, had already made an error thinking it was 10 minutes fast and so told the 'Ndrangheta that she screamed at around 21:30.
They then coerced Guede to mention the time as 21:20-30 and that it was so loud you could hear it from the street. Guede had no idea, he had just got that via the 'Ndrangheta, who got it via the police mistiming the CCTV footage.

What a cluster#@$% by the police, by the defense, by everyone.

Lucky I turned up to sort it all out.

It is consistent with their own testimony. An officer got out of the car, and walked ahead to scout the cottage, and confirmed back to the driver that he had found it. His identity is easily established:

I am satisfied that this is a clear identification of the carabinieri. If you or others are not, that's ok :D

The car is a correct identification. The person 33 seconds prior is clearly not a uniform unless he is wearing boots that go halfway up his thighs.
You have confused a hand or a bag or something.

In Washington state his arrest probably would have been for either 1st or 2nd degree burglary, both felonies. In truth he would be in jail awaiting trial so Meredith wouldn't have been murdered in the first place.

That may or may not be true bagels In fact, it is very possible , even very probable that Rudy would have been released either the day of his arrest or the next morning. For example, say Rudy was arrested and booked in King County and the jail is full which is often true. Since it was his first arrest and wasn't a violent crime, the jail would issue him a date for his arraignment and release him immediately. Or very probably, he would be released by a judge at the cattle call the next morning.

You can believe by coincidence a boot wearing striped pants wearing unknown male walks ahead of the police car that is coincidentally consistent with the carabinieri's own testimony of getting out of the car to walk ahead to scout the cottage. I can't stop you. It would just be another of the many amazing coincidences the PGP have to believe to maintain a guilt theory.

Thanks but I already proved that they wear such boots, in the very picture I posted, right next to the CCTV images, 5 minutes ago. Again, I am intellectually satisfied that the image captures the carabinieri, there is no need to keep discussing this with me. I'm fine with you believing otherwise.

That's probably true and it was wishful thinking on my part. Nevertheless I do believe Rudy committed a felony crime.

By this logic nobody could ever be convicted of burglary. If they're on the premise no theft has occurred. If they're off, it's possession.

No. They can find prints. They can have eye-witnesses. They can be caught in the act. There can be video. The driver can kop a plea and rat out the burglar. Or of course the perp can confess.

Mere possession of stolen goods is not enough.

Maybe, but I doubt he would be charged bagels. There are too many crimes, not enough resources. It's too petty. Criminal trespass and maybe posession, tops.

I hate to admit it, but I agree with Grinder....and now we know the Apocalypse is coming.

You proved it.

Sheesh, you doubt me and believe Tesla.

They can wear boots, they don't do so invariably.
You have taken a hand alongside a thigh and continuing up far higher than any trouser leg as a stripe.
Another part of your "intellectual" case was switching the Postale Police arriving by foot
According to police witness Marco Barbadori, who investigated the CCTV footage, this person is likely Battistelli, who was on foot looking for the cottage while his colleague searched from the car
http://www.amandaknoxcase.com/defense-cctv-presentation/
for the carabinieri, for which there is no such testimony.
I presume that was a genuine mistake on your part.

But so long as you are intellectually satisfied...
