NBC just weighed in. The money line?

An intelligence official familiar with the matter told NBC News that the special access program in question was so sensitive that McCullough and some of his aides had to receive clearance to be read in on it before viewing the sworn declaration about the Clinton emails.

That would explain and support the reports that some of the FBI special agents being newly assigned to the case would require the NDA.

There is little to no chance her lawyer had that level of access. And the need to know is non-existent. The IG had to sign an NDA to look at it.

It appears that Fox did indeed break the story.

If the bolded is true (and I don't see any reason to doubt it), I don't see how the FBI doesn't recommend charges be brought against her.

I'm not sure you understand how things work with the Clintons.

First, it doesn't matter if she broke all the rules regarding handling sensitive information. She has a vagina. Why do you hate women?

Second, even if the mishandling of top secret information actually mattered, there will be some kind of word game/throwing someone else under the bus to show she never did it or was somehow forced into mishandling that sensitive information against her will.

Seeing as how it worked out last time we definitely knew for sure she had all kinds of TOP SECRET information and would be going to jail any second ... Again, I will wait for some more solid info than anonymous sources from FOX news.

I'll predict that if it turns out these are emails someone sent her and if the State Dept. can even somewhat reasonably argue the information is not sooper-sekrit classified info, this will fizzle into a non-issue for clinton.

I will also point out (again) that her HBC server has no relevance to this issue.

That it was on her own server meant that the FOIA requests for her emails was delayed for years. This all would have come to light and been over with in 2014, if she hadn't broken FOIA rules.

Clinton Campaign attackes Intelligence Community IG's Character

It did not take long for Hillary and her mendacious staff to attack the character of the Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III, not long at all.

They accuse him of being in cahoots with the GOP in releasing his letter. Part of the vast right wing conspiracy, I guess.

I guess that also means that CIA also in cahoots with the GOP because they provided two sworn declarations attesting to the fact that several dozen classified communications were on Hillary's server.
