From an IT perspective, the whole thing sounds like complete nonsense, and the " forgot to erase the emails that were in her sent box" in particular.

I call shenanigans.

Within outlook I have both an inbox (emails I've received) and a 'sent items' (emails I've sent). I think this is what they're referring to, but the language seems a bit weird. Maybe the "hacker" isn't fluent in English?

I have an out box.... but there is nothing ever in it other than for the few seconds its takes an email to go, at which point it is stored in my sent folder
 
Hillary Delusional?

Hillary seemingly warped in from an alternative universe to sit down and have a chat with Andrea Mitchell.

She looked Andrea right in the eye and told fables so preposterous it is amazing... some samples:

She said the consideration of an email address and server was an afterthought for Clinton as she embarked on her time at Foggy Bottom.

“I was not thinking a lot when I got in, there was so much work to be done," the former secretary of state said. "I didn’t really stop and think, what kind of email system will there be.”

She set up clintonemails.com on the very same day that her confirmation hearings started. the guy who set it up is pleading the Fifth! She is either delusional or she thinks her supporters are very stupid.

Clinton also said that she has been "as transparent as I could." We all know objectively that this is a lie, but you know what, maybe not being transparent at all is indeed as transparent as Hillary could be.

She also expressed frustration that the State Department emails were not being released faster. Which is why she did not make them available in response to FOIA or Congressional subpoenas during her tenure in office, and withheld the server until the FBI was breathing down her neck.

As a follow up, the "low level employee" that is taking the fifth was brought into the state departments as top level employee making a cool $150k a year.

Yeah, Hillary wants people to believe that she just plain didn't think of it.:rolleyes:

How's it feel having a real scandal to fire up your Clinton is the devil inner self? Must be some happy times for Clinton Haters these days.

Nice digging. This is an interesting part of the story. Apparently Clinton got this guy a job which he lost around the time she quit. And then out of loyalty for her getting him a cushy job he takes the fifth and embarrasses her? Over all, a strange set of circumstances. Most people would at least make a stab at showing a little loyalty in this situation.
 
I wonder if Bryan Pagliano declared the money that Clinton gave him on his taxes. He apparently didn't report the job to the state department when he was working for them. That might not have been completely kosher either.

Of course, if Pagliano facilitated the theft of Clinton's emails (assuming that happened) congressional testimony could be the least of his problems.
