Wrong. C&V were incompetent hacks whose mumbling about missing substrate and negative controls gave Hellmann the Mason his excuse to dismiss Dr. Stefanoni's world class forensic work. C&V requesting the data was incompetence because it either already existed in the court files, or it wasn't needed, or if it was needed, it was too late procedurally to request it. :thumbsup:

If the CCTV had a functional working clock, RS's phone lie is proven, and Amanda is in jail for life.

If the police pick up the bra clasp on day 1 with clean gloves, Amanda is in jail for life.

If the police photograph glass on top of clothes instead of reporting hearsay, Amanda is in jail for life.

If any two other forensic professors are appointed by the court in appeal, Amanda is in jail for life.

You don't find it a cosmic injustice that the stars and planets aligned in the just the perfect way for AK to go free? Just seems a rather tough break. Especially for poor Meredith.

Vixen and the guilters have a huge probkem. There isn't any evidence that implicates Amanda or Raffaele and there is a good reason for that and that is because Amanda and Raffaele had nothing to do with the murder of Meredith. It's as simple as that.

Well, there it is. The reason for the miraculous dearth of compelling evidence, despite over 1 million compounding chances for such evidence to accumulate, is because cosmic fate was working against poor Meredith and in the killer's favor, and not because Amanda wasn't involved in the crime and thus couldn't have left any such evidence. That's your position, and it's now clear for people to see. Thank you.

There are two possible reasons for this: First, like Knox's swab the Meredith material isn't derived from blood and instead is a piece of tissue which TMB wouldn't detect. The second is that, returning to the LCN nature of the material, the amount of blood is simply below the sensitivity threshold of the test. http://themurderofmeredithkercher.com/The_Double_DNA_Knife

Well, I have news for you. I rather think there are no more of the uninformed reading this forum, and if there were, they would quickly come to see where the truth lies - and it isn't among those still clinging tenuously to belief in Amanda and Raff's involvement with the murder.

Of course, we know that by "wholly innocent young woman" you are referring not to Amanda, but to Meredith Kercher. I don't see any "callous disregard" among those supporting AK and RS. We are the ones wanting to see the truth told about Meredith's murder; that shows far better regard for her than those trying to manipulate the tragedy for their own personal ends - either career advancement in the case of the Italian agencies who pursued a groundless prosecution, or the morbid satisfaction of the hangars-on in instinctively take the side of anyone making accusations.
