Laganà knows nothing about the proceedings and plainly ignores the calunnia by Ms Knox against Lumumba, the mise-en-scene of the burglary (which could have been realised only by someone who would have been afraid of becoming involved in the investigations), the genetic material of Ms Knox found a little bit below the handle of the knife and that of the victim in proximity to the point of the blade, the genetic profile of Mr Sollecito found on the clasp of Meredith’s bra, the systematic lies of the two, the traces of mixed blood of Knox – Meredith and the print of Sollecito’s foot stained with blood on the small mat in the bathroom next to the room where the murder happened, the traces revealed with Luminol, of the bare feet of Amanda and Sollecito, the witness who sees the two between 21.30 and 23.30 in Piazza Grimana, a couple of dozen metres from the murder scene, and Rudy’s accusations, just to mention a few examples.

LOL. This is some kind of lawsuit? Sounds more like a wishful rant.

It wasn't in quotes was my point. Thought that was clear.

Where do you think Pruett got the info? Where did King get it?

From GR - Guede exhibits many of the characterizations of Dissocial Personality Disorder, including a callous unconcern for others, a persistent attitude of irresponsibility, unable to maintain relationships, does not experience guilt, does not learn from punishment, readily blames others and rationalizes bad behavior. All of these diagnoses fall in the realm of psychopathy, a personality disorder that includes “diminished capacity for remorse and poor behavioral controls.”

I don't see proof of most of the alleged characteristics - he had friends still from school days, the Spanish kids and downstairs boys hung with him, he had a girl friend in Milan that he lived with, and I don't know of any punishment he experienced before the murder.

The court accepted that Guede was a burglar. We know that Caporali stopped supporting him because he was a habitual liar and he was uninterested in work or school. He used aliases. In his first statement about the murder (nov.19) he said,

“Listen, you know I knew those girls, I knew them both, Meredith and Amanda, but nothing more, you know that. I’ve been to their house twice, the last time a few days before all this business, but I didn’t do anything. I have nothing to do with this business. I wasn’t there that evening. If they have found my fingerprints it means I must have left them there before.”

Then he changed his story three or four more times until it suited Mignini. Journalists didn't investigate him because the focus has always been on Amanda and perhaps they were afraid of getting sued by Guede's lawyer. I don't know Italian procedures but it would amaze me if a psychological evaluation would not be not done on him before setting him loose on the European public.

How do you know the above?

And you're point is? Of course, he tried to come up with a story. What aliases? Baron or Byron?

Fine, find the evaluation. Yes they feared being sued by a convicted murderer that had no means to fund a suit. All his cases were fast track.

There is no doubt Rudi told lies. That doesn't mean he always lied or that some truth isn't in the statements. I thought his first Skype when he said Amanda wasn't there was the truth.

Btw, do you have a sequence of statements. Where in the order did the "I was there 3 days before" come? Real question.

He admitted being there in his first Skype. Don't find three days in the diary.

ETA - Must be in the second Skype

HUH? How could a mistake by Massei logically prove that Amanda was near her cottage during her text-message exchanges with Patrick?

We already went thru this! On June 16th I had posted detailed proof that the Via dell’Aquila 5-Torre dell’Acquedotto sector 3 tower did in fact service Raffaele's apartment, which proves that Massei was wrong in claiming that Amanda's usage of this particular cell-tower proved she wasn't at Raffaele's apartment:

http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=10713951#post10713951

On page 322 Massei says it doesn't cover RS's apartment. On the next page he says it does. We covered this several years ago and yes, that tower covers Raffaele's apartment. Just another falsehood.

For any interested the link is at the top of TJMK as an example of why the case will be reversed

LOL

Wow. Many people have suspected it, there is no doubt now. Mignini is officially a nutter.

How many people connected with the case have he sued now?

How many times has he won?

The man is insane. Hopefully with this one they will get him on the stand. Can't wait to see what nonsense comes out of his mouth this time. I suggest Bongiorno as a defense lawyer for this one. That should be fun.

I found Barbie saying the 3 days thing but in the Skype 2 he says he had a date with MK and met at the cottage.`

I beginning to wonder if this is another factoid - perhaps Barbie started it.

He talks about "oral" and not having a condom and hearing the doorbell.

I read somewhere that because the front door didn't shut properly that they left the key in the door which forced residents arriving to ring the door if someone was home.

ETA - Barbie claims he said it in the Skype ----- No way. More bad info I fear.

Time's running short though. Mind, someone must have let the ISC know by now, surely?

Hmm, I see your point.

Of course, you are assuming that the Masonic information barrier hasn't been put in place around the members of the ISC so that the information about their misinterpretation of Italian law didn't get through.

Perhaps we will know more when the information about Italian law that Vixen has posted becomes public in Italy. I wonder when the Italian press is going to pick up on this.

Hey Grinder,
you should really have a read on Candace Dempsey old blog,
she has the only English translation of Rudy Guede's 1st official police interrogation,
done on Nov. 21, '07 in Germany.

It's about halfway down:
Rudy Guede, statement to German authorities, Koblenz, Nov. 21, 2007.
http://blog.seattlepi.com/dempsey/2011/04/28/rudy-guede-amanda-knox-was-not-there/

Reading it,
Rudy seems confused about what bathroom he was using as he listened to his music,
he says it was next to Amanda's bedroom.

He also says this to the German police:
Amanda was not in the house.

Another lawsuit?

An interesting detail from the lawsuit (translation page 23):
An annulment without remittance, according to what has been given to be known, not requested by the appellants-accused who had reiterated their usual objections to the decision but had asked for annulment with remittance.
Original Italian (pages 20/21):
Annullamento senza rinvio, a quanto è dato sapere, non richiesto dagli imputati ricorrenti che avevano reiterato le solite censure alla sentenza ma hanno chiesto l’annullamento con rinvio.

From Raffaele Sollecito's ricorso (page 330):
Per quanto sopra esposto, si insiste affinché la Suprema Corte voglia annullare la sentenza impugnata con ogni conseguente statuizione.
Hmmm...

I read it at the time and found it to be loose with the truth.

CD - wrote Listen, you know I knew those girls, I knew them both, Meredith and Amanda, but nothing more, you know that,” Rudy told a friend during a long Skype call on Nov. 19, 2007, several weeks after Kercher’s brutal slashing. He was sleeping rough in Germany, where he’d fled after the murder. Even though police had found his bloody handprint on the victim’s pillow, he insisted: “I’ve been to their house twice, the last time a few days before all this business, but I didn’t do anything. I have nothing to do with this business. I wasn’t there that evening. If they have found my fingerprints it means I must have left them there before.”

Here's the translation of the first (part) of the Skype call as found on http://www.amandaknoxcase.com/statements-phone-taps-prison-intercepts/

jack says: (6:57:04PM) Hey, Rudy.

jack says: (6:57:53PM) Where are you?

jack says: (6:59:35PM) Do you feel like talking?

Rudy Hermann says: (6:59:53PM) Give me your number.

jack says: (7:00:06PM) 3291810590

jack says: (7:00:36PM) Come on.

jack says: (7:00:04) Do I have to call you?

Rudy Hermann says: (7:01:03PM) I don't have money but I'll call you as soon as I can.

Rudy Hermann says: (7:01:27PM) I have no *********** thing to do with this.

Rudy Hermann says: (7:01:27PM) But I'm scared.

jack says: (7:01:35PM) I know. You have to be calm.

Rudy Hermann says: (7:01:43PM) I was there when it happened.

Rudy Hermann says: (7:01:59PM) But I didn't do ****.
jack says: (7:02:10PM) But now where are you?

Rudy Hermann says: (7:02:22PM) I tried to help her and then I got out.

jack says: (7:03:45PM) I know. Try to explain it to me better so I can help you.

jack says: (7:03:54PM) So -- You have to stay calm.

Rudy Hermann says: (7:04:43PM) Listen, everything they're saying in the news is ********.

Rudy Hermann says: (7:04:55PM) I'm not in Italy now.

This blog was from 2011. It substantiates that she wrote bull. It appears at this time that Barbie made the original mistake and CD among others copied it.

The link also will take you to the other part of the Skype on YouTube.

Methos, could you explain the significance of these quotes?

In a few words: Mignini states: "They got an anullment without remand without asking for it.", while the quote from Sollecito's ricorso proves that at least he asked for an anullment (without remand). Or shorter "Mignini lies." ;)
