I am sceptical. It doesn't mean I can't have a personal theory based on the facts, so far.

Of course, I don't have all the facts, and I was not there at the trial.

You don't have all the facts not because you weren't at trial, but because you haven't read the evidence.

As I tried to point out up-thread, I don't think the mysterious he/she, is particularly concerned about guilt or innocence, so much as getting X's jollies out of the consternation of on-lookers.

It's a peculiar pathology, not at all necessarily British in the least. But hey, some country has to take responsibility for this mess.

Maybe its just time to stop feeding the trolls.

Just because someone says it, doesn't make it true.

1.Totally anonymous sources.
2. No recordings or testimonies that Knox knew any of these dealers.
3. All this says is this person supposedly had Amanda's phone number, not that they have records of lots of calls between Knox and them.

Is this what you think is evidence? The Daily Mail'system tabloid trash?

Amanda's bank account shows large sums of money drawn out, consistent with someone with a drug habit.

You can't be serious? The Daily Mail consistently writes lying trash. Ask George Clooney. They wrote an article that his bride's family was unhappy that their daughter wad marrying the actor. The only problem was thst it was a total fabrication.

See the article they published about Amanda's noise ticket. The author writes it as if he has sources. When he never spoke to a soul who was at that party. Not even the cop who wrote the ticket. I know this because I personally know the cop.

They weren't large sums of money. Not even close. Money is relevant, I probably spend 3 or 4 times that when I'm traveling. And I don't even drink alcohol. And there is no evidence that Amanda had or has a drug habit. No drug tests, no eyewitnesses in Italy or the US. Why is it you would rather talk about innuendo instead of the fscts? Is it because the facts don't support your preconceived ideas?

Really? What was that probable cause? Tell us, I so want to hear it. If you know anything about this case, you would know that transporting this knife is ludicrous. It is backwards reasoning.

Vixen, this is important. I have a wager and a lot of money at risk trying to figure out who you really are. You are not Yummi. You claim not to know Jackie. You claim not to be CouldsonUK. You are British. Apparently female, as indicated by a practical (female) response to a question about a bra that no ragazzo would think of.

You claim to have followed this case for years, have read many books about it, but never posted online about this case until a few days ago.

You have a certain point of view to push to illegitimize certain court decisions favorable to the 2 defendants. You see no connection between Curatolo, belatedly and under outside influence, suddenly remembering to have seen the 2 defendants in his park the night of the murder (actually the night before the murder) and the fact that the police immediately stored him in the freezer (detention) for a 5 year old drug transaction, thus keeping him from talking to journalists or others who might want to sit down with him on his park bench and revealing his deteriorating cognitive state or repudiating to others what he told the police.

Give me a hint. Did we go to kindergarten together in Cambridge? Me, the brown-hair American boy made to sit under the piano for the rest of the afternoon as punishment for not coming in from recess when teacher called. You, the pretty red-hair girl in the blue jumper who told me to be quiet whilst teacher was talking? :boggled:
