The door had been already disassembled by other police forces, prior to the Dec. 17. visit of Stefanoni's team. It was no longer in place.
Well, it seems, they brought it back:

Well Golly,
Look at that!

Now if only Machiavelli would admit to being wrong,
might our lil' discussion move forward.

Come on Machiavelli,
are ya gonna admit you were wrong?
Give us a simple oops I was wrong.

Meredith's bedroom door was indeed there...

Did he say he was?

I've no idea what he's told you about himself, but you seem to be in awe.

The point is that coming to these strange conclusions about Ms Knox based on a weird interpretation of perfectly normal behaviour is bizarre in the extreme.

What do you think about the lesbian psychopath idea? Got any mileage for you?

And then there is this:

Oh please....Mach is giving his opinion. He's not a doctor...was not on the jury...is not a judge.

All during high profile trials, people give their personal opinions about the mental state of the criminals. Something unusual about it?

And often professionals who have never examined nor ever met a Jodi Arias or Casey Anthony or Scott Peterson will post their obligatory HuffPost article about their mental issues.

And it's done all the time around the water cooler.

Amanda Knox might be a special snowflake to you and deserve special treatment but to most of us she's just not.

And how do you know this?

And I can also form an opinion on the sort of people that spew hatred all over the Internet for someone they have never met and have no connection to - and even go as far as creating 'sexed-up' bizarre theories about their lives to justify their hatred. It's all around the water cooler of course though

Machiavelli's posts about Amanda Knox's personality are completely out of line, and without factual basis. They are not supported by anyone who knows her, or anyone who has ever met her. Just because a few college girls found some of her behavior annoying does not make her anything out of the ordinary, nor does it indicate she is mean or angry. Those who know her well have testified she is one of the kindest people they have ever met.
Taking some random incidents where she was interacting with various other college students, all of which are completely normal occurrences in college life, and trying to twist them into some bizarre scenario where she is somehow full of rage and some sort of sexual lust/revenge feelings says WAY more about the individual posting this garbage than it ever will about Amanda Knox.

I can personally vouch for the fact that Amanda Knox is nothing like the person he is trying to invent. His version is a completely fabricated fantasy.

The other trouble is that it is all post hoc . . . . Before then, they might have said she was fine, maybe quirky, or just American.

From my perspective people around the water cooler do not espouse opinions about the psychological conditions of others. Particularly, people we don't know or have credible information about.

Yes, nasty, ugly people do it all the time to people they don't know anything about around the water cooler.

Amanda Knox is not "special", and that is exactly the point. She was an average person, like millions of other college students (at the time). If it is OK to speculate, not just in public, but in court, about a person's mental health status with absolutely no evidence, then it is OK to do anything, to anyone, just because you say so.

And not a single bit of this applies to Amanda Knox. Except in some invented fantasy. The real person is neither a Narcissist, nor violent.

Maybe the Persecutors tried trickery with the science and it failed, so now all they have left to hang onto is "behavioral" attacks.

Of course this outcome, as in any courtroom, also has the legal manipulations intact. To win at all costs and future Marescas career, to hell with the Truth or finding closure seems to be a large part of this case.
(which has nothing to do with finding the truth and obtaining justice, or closure for the Kercher family).

I still expect Rudy will end like Toto, hes too big a liability to the Persecution and the "System". Could you imagine what would happen if Rudy spilled the beans? Maybe told the Daily Mail of the deal with MIgninni and Mattenini, maybe Maresca too. He is a huge ugly liability, probably 10 times the fear and embarrassment Toto created.

I think lots of us probably gossip about such things - however, I think it is a far more unusual person who posts their theories all over the Internet and embellishes them with their own fantasies of 'girl on girl sexytime'

Yep. Once the police start telling people they think she might have murdered your friend, everything changes.

"Oh yeah, I thought she seemed weird! I wish I had known that what I just thought was annoying, the singing and stuff, was actually a sign she was a sex killer!! Who knew?"

Machiavelli lies again.

Especially because there is not a single incident of any homosexual or group sex act involving Amanda Knox, ever. Nor even any angry or violent behavior. It just doesn't exist. So they have to invent this bizarre fantasy, because otherwise they would have to admit that the case makes no sense.

Oh wait ...

A very interesting study can easily be undertaken by seeing what was said about exonerated people when they were still "guilty". There are many instances where these people have been randomly selected, where there was no criminal history. Just such a case is Mark Lundy, who is on a path to probable exoneration. There is a prominent New Zealand psychologist, Nigel Latta, who made a documentary to show where all the telltale signs were. Unfortunately it has been removed from youtube, and I haven't seen it.
While in itself his attempt is unsurprising, he would of course be looking clever now if he had said totally normal guy, completely impossible to predict. But who would watch that show?

She was, however, American.

Just for fun, I did a quick scan of the sites that come up if you search for Americans, loud, Europe . . . apparently we're loud! And it's annoying.

Also we feel special and entitled, which isn't really surprising since most of us have been told since preschool that we live in the best country in the world and everyone else on the planet wishes they were us. Our faith in our own magical importance is, I'm sure, really annoying. Especially if we don't even know how it comes across, and how would we? Plus we're so loud!

And finally, yes, we're slobs. We dress in ways that to us say "so comfortable," while to others the message is, "I don't care about my appearance at all."

There are so many reasons to hate us, jeez. Loud, entitled, and unkempt. Poor Amanda . . . those English girls would have said that catty stuff about anybody from Seattle.

I know that Amanda is an average heterosexual. Still, even if she was sexually wild that would not be evidence of violence or murder. It is a giant leap of bizarre logic that turns sexual attraction into rape and murder. I've been attracted to a great many women and I have never wanted to rape them. It is even a larger leap when there is no evidence of the sexual attraction at all.

Just another one of Mach's little "mistakes"?

Is the photo of the mounted door contemporaneous to the top-notch Italian forensic police finding the bra clasp?
