What area has not been beaten to death? When I arrived on the scene in Aug 2011 and the DNA evidence was falling apart, and the superwitnesses were being discredited, I was promised, "all the other evidence".

There actually is about 20 of those things, things like "sex on a train", the car-park video, the alleged drug dealer in Knox's mobile calling list.... etc. All of it has been debunked, or met with an appropriate, "so?"

And then it gets repeated.

I almost wrote the same thing and on just about every issue you end up arguing the same thing over and over again.

How many times have we argued with the pro guilt side on just how bad memory is? Never seems to stick in.

Something RWVBWL posted led me to the following photo taken in the downstairs apartment.

This has probably been observed before, but It appears to me that it is a photo of a free standing shelf that has been banged on the left side at the near end with enough force to move the whole end of the shelf, and the carpet to the right. It also appears that when that happened, several items that were on the shelf were knocked over or onto the floor, possibly because the shelf also tilted over when it was banged. The side closest to the camera looks as if a rabbit ear antenna of some sort fell towards the camera side. I think the right ear of the antenna is casting a shadow which makes the ear seem longer than it actually is.

As I recall there was also either a shower curtain, or a curtain rod on the floor of the kitchen in front of the door. And it could be observed there through the window of the door before the police lady kicked in the door's window.

I can see already there are lots of answers to questions that are pending. Did we know that the police had already tapped Raffaele's phone by November 3. He tries to order a pizza to be delivered to the police station but it's too early for deliveries. Rafaele thinks they will be getting home soon so doesn't bother. Little does he know...

In the call to his sister on the 4th he is quite stressed. The news media has been hounding him all day. He gave the first interview to the Sunday Mirror because they said they represented Meredith's father and he thought he couldn't turn away the father of the girl that was murdered.

So, now we know how Migning would know in advance that the Sunday Mirror is going to run an interview of Raffaele.

Yep. And if you read Amanda's phone calls she tells someone Raffaele is pissed the journalist completely misquoted him.

For 7 years guilters have made the Mansey interview out to be "another version" and "more lies" and highly incriminating and now we see (as we always said) it was the stupid hack who twisted his words.

They've got a whole page set up about that interview on the fake wiki.

I have asked about ENFSI before. Do you have anything from them that might be deemed supportive of what Stefanoni did collection, processing and testing wise, in this case? Anything?

What does ENFSI say about EDFs?

As we know, the lab was not certified at the time. Why would you not make that clear?

There seems to be this ongoing theme that if the Italian supreme courts says the conviction is "final," then gosh darn it, it's immutable. Is the thought that they would insist on calling a judgment "final" in the face of an ECHR decision saying that the decision is illegal? Like, they would put their fingers in their ears and say "nah, nah, nah, I can't hear you?" There would seem to be some level of emotional immaturity in such an action. Who would even care about how "final" they think their judgment is after the ECHR rules the whole proceeding to be illegal?

I hope the documents referenced in your prior post didn't come from the fake wiki because that would then render them suspect.

The lab had requested and was awaiting confirmation/documentation of the certification. In fact, it was the first public lab to request said certaification.

It has been (I think) a member of the ENFSI since the mid-90s.

Maybe Raf and Rudy can get together, come up with a consistent story, and blame it all on the girl. Well, except for the semen . . . and the vagina DNA.

Well, probably doesn't matter anyway, because jail house snitches don't work in Italy as we know.

So what were they doing from the mid-90's until 2007 and beyond? They don't seem to have made good use of their membership privileges.
