I did not say that a man has to choose only 26 weeks to work and 26 weeks to be in creative vacation in a year as variant.
He can choose for example 1 week to work and 1 week to be in creative vacation variant.
Or 2 weeks work - 2 weeks vacation variant.
In this case all problems you are talking about can be successfully solved.
In every shift it will be 2 employees on 1 working place.
It will be depend from their agreement what variant to choose: 1-1, 2-2,......., 26-26,......,52-52.

Today, the buyer sees only the prices of the goods he does not see sales volumes of goods for any period of time in the store, in this city, in this state in this country.
In my model the buyer will know the price dynamics and the dynamics of sales of each product.
The volume and the composition of consuming goods and services will be near the variant as if all is given for free.
It is the ideally variant that need to reach really good market economy.
Implementation of my project gives this ability.

I'm sure your idea is terrible for them. It's also terrible for anyone who wants to make a decent living, save for retirement or just generally put food on the table.

I will establish in New York and may be in Singapore the net of different enterprises and businesses were most staff will work in weekly symmetrical model - 1248 working hours a year.
Ideally all them will work 365 days a year 24 hours a day and most staff will live in weekly symmetrical lifestyle.
26 weeks a year in periods of creative vacations all employees will take courses of increasing their professional qualifications that will bring the increasing of their hour wage.
For about several years this net will reach great results and my model will spread all over the world.

All of My projects involve music, art and writing, so all I need are the musical instruments and computer that I already have, and sometimes a few art supplies. I don't need investors. I've paid for all of these things with money I've earned.

If I ever acquire a large sum of money, though, or if I decide to get involved in lobbying and fundraising, I'm planning to have a performing arts centre and rehearsal hall built on the north side of Winnipeg (central, south and west Winnipeg already have excellent facilities).
