I note that several posters here are using 'peaceful protestor' the exact way others use 'responsible gun-owner', while being the exact same people who complain about that use.
 
Doesn't really look like Wilson got hit at all, it was stated there were scratches and things to that effect. It doesn't appear he was damaged in the fight at all. That's weird.

Yep. I think you actually get like 4 pizzas for $5. I don't know anyone who eats them other than college kids who eat them instead of cardboard.

Looks like he was hit in the left side of his face, which would be consistent with being struck while sitting in the drivers seat.


ETA- I was completely wrong, looks like he was hit on the right side of his face.

Looking like, despite all the requests by Michael Brown's family, his death has been in vain.

Maybe, I don't know what his lips normally look like, but you're right, he might have caught one on the right side of his face. Definitely not the physical damage that was insinuated at the beginning.

The Gawker crowd sees a razor burn, sun burn, birth mark or a self-inflicted injury. I'm sure doctors can tell the difference between a bruise and a sun burn, but then perhaps the docs were paid off by the racist cops?

You mean the cracked orbital socket deal/leak?

Well, that's pretty much what Wilson would look like if he actually had that, iirc.

The pictures don't rule that out.
 
Anybody who thought that there would be charges is a fool. If McCulloch wanted a trial, he could have easily got the grand jury to rubber stamp an indictment. But he didn't do that, presumably because he didn't think he could win. But he also didn't want to take responsibility for not bringing it to trial. So he made the highly unusual step of presenting all the evidence, including that which favored Wilson and letting the grand jury decide. Doing this, he knew, would increase the odds of a no bill, perhaps to near certainty. Except now he can claim it was the grand jury who made the decision to not bring Wilson to trial and not him.

False. In the beginning just a swollen face was reported. Then came the quickly discredited orbital eye socket injury. Afterwards came the bruising, and that's what the pictures show.
