Saudi Arabia and the other Sunni Gulf monarchies, folks. Along with Pakistan (ISI, anyone?) and to a less clear but definitely some extent (oddly enough), Iran. Those are where you can find the most fruitful avenues of investigation regarding state sponsorship, funding, and facilitation of Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda's activities - including 9/11.

To be honest, this thread kinda reminds me of the CTs propagated by certain cheerleaders for the US invasion of Iraq e.g. "Mohammed Atta met with an Iraqi intelligence officer in Prague", "Ramzi Yousef was an Iraqi intelligence agent himself," "Zarqawi was taking orders from Saddam", and so on. Or indeed, even more preposterously and offensive, the notion that 9/11 was orchestrated by the Mossad (but of course ) or yes, LIHOP/MIHOP accounts fingering the scary and nefarious, all-powerful CIA and "neo-cons" in the Bush White House and the Pentagon for 9/11. None of this is helpful, to say the least.

Censoring which "evidence and facts"? Where, specifically, is this forum censoring anything Putin's useful twats have been told to (or paid to) believe?

Putin is semi-Asiatic and he doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with assassinations. That doesn't seem to be all that unheard of in Russia if you look at its relatively recent history. Mind you the same sort of thing seems to happen in S.... Ar.... and even sometimes in Isr.e. Mind you Robin Cook, who had controversial opinions, died unexpectedly a few years ago in the UK along with the weapons inspector Kelly. The Labour party leader Gaitskell died suddenly after making a speech talking about a thousand years of history with regard to the EU, which raised a few eyebrows at the time, but I expect that was thoroughly and properly investigated:

The local police’s statement after Cook’s death was a little iffy, to say the least; “As this would appear to be a medical matter,” we were told, “there is no further police involvement.” And that was it – case closed, without a real investigation having been conducted.

Just as curious was the fact that the newspapers and news media didn’t seem particularly interested in investigating Cook’s death either and the matter seemed to be pushed to one side very quickly; which is odd when it concerns the death of a highly significant political figure and the man who had only very recently been the nation’s Foreign Secretary.
