In the old software signatures were limited by a character limit, on Xenfora there are more options and there is a character number and number of lines limit. I've set maximum number of lines to 4 and unlimited characters.

Synopsis: On 9/11, The Donald didn't believe a plane could have penetrated the "big heavy I-beams" on the outside of the building without help from bombs. By now (given and his general detachment from reality and his association with Alex Jones), Trump might be a no-planer.

Keeping in mind that 78%of what emerges from the Donald's mouth is a lie - or at least demonstrably false,... and he knows it - I chalk this up as more shameless pandering to a shrinking base. This of course exactly the opposite of what he should be doing.
 
1) Not recent, this was what he said when "America under attack" was the banner onscreen,

2) his final words are quite prescient. Skip to the end if you need to.

3) We have had years to analyze every detail of the event. Y'all are arguing about specific flanges at this point. On that day Trump, like everyone else, knew next to nothing about the event, the buildings, the planes, the energies and vectors, seismograph data and radar tracks, all of it.

It appears to be the day of 9/11, or the day after.
 
Trump couldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it. "Half of the columns" in the basement of the WTC were NOT blown out after the bombing of 1993. So either he's incorrectly remembering what he saw, or he was never taken on a tour of the WTC basement at all, any more than he ever sent a team of investigators to Hawaii to check out Obama's birth certificate.
 
Whilst I have little issue with calling Trump dumb for parroting conspiracies like the birther movement I see no indication from the videos that he actually believes no planes were involved. His remarks suggest that he couldn't understand how the planes could penetrate the buildings as hard as they did, and that the hijackers must have had bombs on the planes to facilitate the damage. Seen and heard his remarks in the past about it... the truth movement likes to take any measure of lack of understanding to twist a story into their narrative. This happens to be one such case...

Although I would even call his lack of understanding baseless, and rightly so...

pffft, Dump did a half hour interview with Alex Jones last December. Fittingly at the same time Dump was refusing to go on Glenn Beck's program because that guy is an idiot, a loser, and has no good ratings. Anyway, Trump actually said to Jones "Your reputation is amazing. I will not let you down.” WHAT? Just going on that show should have sunk his chances at the presidency. What he said should have left his run dead in the water... Picking out something from 15 years ago really is going too far. But, American politics are currently, to use a buzzword from yesterday, "horrifying"
 
Someone should ask him to show his calculations given the momentum and kinetic energy of the planes etc.

This guy is just getting sillier by the minute. Just when you think he can't go much lower he does.

Which is being used by Hilary in a TV add. It consists of showing video of some of Jones crazier rants, and interspersing it with footage of Trump praising Jones for telling the truth to the American people....

It suffices to note that he is dramatically mistaken on the state of the basement columns. No need to insinuate conscious deception where mere incompetence explains the mistake well.

Memory is a very malleable thing. 1993 is eight years before 2001. Suppose Trump was indeed shown the damaged area: He may honestly remember it was the day after, when in fact it was weeks or months later when it was again safe to go there and just before scaffolding and other construction equipment was removed. He may honestly remember seeing broken columns when in fact he saw columns that were stained, or had some cladding removed for inspection, or something like that.

Fact of the matter is, no tower columns were even involved. The bomb was actually parked under the Marriott hotel. The hotel was closed for almost 2 years due to the damage.

Perhaps he is conflating "columns" with "floors". IIRC yes, there was a hole extending through at least half of the underground floors.:D

btw jon ronson wrote a book about the connection between trump and alex jones, for context jon is the lad that made the bohemian grove tape with alex back when they were kids, he was the man to write that book, roger stone what a ****in goof... anyway, yeah more people should have read that *********** book and ran with it politically. As for the OP, the Trump man-baby said things that anyone might say the day of or the day after 9/11. Thus there was no woo from the OP, but lately Trump has wooed the woo vote.

Yes, come January, Von Clownstick goes from Clownstick to Mr. President. Anything Trump says about the collapse will be worth as much as what Alex Jones can say. Is it still an illusion for you.
 
Our former (banned) member TruthMakesPeace (Rick Shaddock) is a big fan of Trump, and has several videos in his YT channel with Trump speaking.

First, he has the same video as the OP with subtitles (plus random bits of wooish dramatic twoofie film after the 2:55 min mark).

So when the attacks happened, Trump was somewhere north of the ESB - The Trump Tower (5th Ave. and 57th St.) fits the bill, it's 23 blocks north of the ESB (5th Ave. and 34th St.).

This Trump video from 9/11 was on WWOR, at the time an affiliate of the now-defunct UPN network. You find them sometimes as "Channel 9", or "UPN9".
